The aluminum cylinder body offers excellent heat dissipation and smooth preload adjustment thanks to its precisely machined threads.
Du Carbon Structure with Internal Free Piston
This design separates the gas chamber and oil chamber as if an internal reservoir tank were present.
Single-Nut Stepless Preload Adjuster
A single-nut preload adjuster, also used on high-end models.
Made of resin, it is incredibly lightweight.
For adjustment, loosen the resin screw and insert the preload adjustment tool to smoothly adjust the preload.
Rebound Adjuster & Ride Height Adjustment Mechanism
A combination of the rebound adjuster dial at the end and the ride height adjustment mechanism.
Rebound damping adjustment offers a wide range of 30 steps.
This allows for flexible settings to suit various situations and rider preferences.
The ride height adjustment mechanism allows for fine-tuning of the vehicle's balance when riding, and to suit the terrain.
Super Finishing Rod
Polished to the highest precision to protect against scratches and ensure smooth travel.

The CB1100EX is approximately 15kg heavier than the CB1100.
When installing on a CB1100EX, if the rider weighs approximately 65kg, strengthen the spring preload by 1-2 turns (1.5mm/1 turn) before riding.
