[New Silencer TT-Formula RS+PRO]
The silencer features an irregular tapered shape, transitioning from a perfect circle to an asymmetrical pentagon.
Its compact design complements the highly stylish modern motorcycles.
Due to its special shape, the silencer length is limited to 350mm,
making it challenging to adjust volume and sound quality during development.
By developing OVER's original inner parts and revising the internal structure, noise was suppressed,
and the sound quality was renewed to suit the new silencer.
Furthermore, instead of the conventional band-type fixing method,
machined brackets are used, improving retention and mounting precision.
[Adoption of large-diameter pipes.]
A large-diameter φ35 stainless steel pipe is used for the front pipe.
After repeated testing, the front pipes were joined at the optimal position,
improving output performance across all ranges.
Stainless steel material is used for the front pipes for heat and strength countermeasures.
