Allows the battery & regulator to be relocated from under the seat to the right side of the frame,
which is necessary when changing the seat.

Beautifully designed with horizontal ribs, machined from aluminum.
Expected to have a dressing-up effect as a focal point.
Makes the area under the tank neat and sharp.
