■Product Description The 4-3/8 inch stroke, 8-1/2 inch diameter flywheel assembly is interchangeable with the original flywheel in 2007-16 HD Big Twin engines when using OE pistons. The wrist pin end of the connecting rod is tapered like the OE rod. The sprocket shaft has a pressed-in bearing race and is compatible with OE roller sprocket shaft bearings. This wheel assembly is a three-piece design. The pinion shaft and sprocket shaft are forged integrally with the flywheel. The only joint in the assembly is where the 1.671-inch diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheel. The flywheel is CNC-machined from heat-treated, closed-die forged steel, making it 114% stronger than late-style OE steel flywheels. Assembled with S&S heavy-duty 7.659-inch connecting rods and tapered wrist pin ends, and dynamically balanced.
