■Product Description This 4-1/8 inch stroke, 8-1/2 inch diameter flywheel assembly is a replacement part for the original flywheel of S&S 111Ci V111 engines for 1984-99 HD Big Twins. This wheel assembly features a three-piece design. The pinion and sprocket shafts are forged integrally with the flywheel. The only joint in the assembly is where the 1.671-inch diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheel. The flywheels are CNC machined from heat-treated closed-die forged steel and are 114% stronger than late-style genuine steel flywheels. Assembled and balanced with S&S heavy-duty 7.667-inch connecting rods and full-width wrist pin ends.
