The AMPS hole pattern, a standard for mounting GPS devices such as Garmin and TomTom, has four holes spaced approximately 30 x 38mm apart. RAM MOUNTS' AMPS hole base is a joint part necessary for attaching some products, such as tablet holders and other mounting parts, and base parts that do not include the ball section. It is highly versatile and can be used not only as a joint but also as a base part by screwing it down. The square clamp base is a base part that can be attached to square posts of forklifts, etc. You can choose the size according to the width of the mounting location.
