The AMPS hole pattern, a standard for mounting GPS devices such as Garmin and TomTom, features four holes arranged approximately 30 x 38mm apart. RAM MOUNTS AMPS hole bases are joint parts necessary for mounting certain products, such as tablet holders and base parts that do not include the ball section. Highly versatile, they can be used not only as joints but also as base parts by screwing them in. The Twist-Lock Suction Cup Base is a suction cup type base part that provides strong gripping power on flat surfaces such as glass. It can be easily removed by switching the ON/OFF knob on the main unit.
