The shift shaft is heat-treated and carefully welded to pressed steel plates cut with a laser, achieving outstanding durability and wear resistance.
If the arm wears out, accurate shifting will not be possible, causing gears to slip and damaging the dogs of each gear.
Early replacement is recommended along with the return spring.
