・Previously, Z1/Z2 models, equipped with only one main fuse, would immediately become inoperable even with minor electrical issues.
・The Hybrid Main Harness Set branches the electrical system into 6 circuits, with each circuit equipped with its own fuse.
・As a result, it prevents situations where the bike becomes inoperable even if there's a problem with the headlight or turn signal system, as long as the ignition system is not affected.
・Additionally, current and voltage are distributed by circuit, significantly reducing the load on each electrical component.
・Furthermore, instead of cylindrical fuses, which are now difficult to obtain, this set uses blade-type fuses, which are currently standard, eliminating worries while traveling.
・This is a completely redesigned harness set, utilizing heavy-duty compatible cords for wiring with high voltage loads and implementing leakage prevention measures against deterioration for each wire.
・The headlight system incorporates an added A-contact relay and a booster function that supplies power directly from the battery to the bulb.
・It also prevents harness burnout even when using high-wattage bulbs.
・The ignition system also includes an added A-contact relay and a stabilizer function that supplies power directly from the battery to the ignition system.
・This achieves stable current and voltage to the ignition system.
・Additionally, an optional power cord has been newly added for convenience when converting from a point ignition system to an igniter ignition system, which requires power.
・The main circuit divisions are: (1) Main, (2) Ignition, (3) Main Headlight, (4) Brake, (5) Turn Signal, (6) Sub Ignition.
・The added relays and other components can be smoothly installed in their designated positions by using the dedicated stainless steel electrical plate included in the kit.
