・The one-way clutch damper rubber, which is no longer available as a genuine part, has been upgraded to modern quality, with careful attention paid to material selection and manufacturing methods.
・The damper rubber, which is incorporated into the one-way gear, is formed by baking high-quality synthetic rubber with excellent heat and oil resistance onto a base plate made of specially heat-treated steel, and then integrally molding it.
・If the rubber hardens and deforms due to age-related deterioration, it loses its damping function, causing looseness and back-clash, which can lead to malfunction of the one-way gear and damage to the crankshaft end.
