This round steel swingarm reinforced racing type features a stock-like appearance with a stabilizer reminiscent of 70s racers. It significantly improves rigidity and stability. By changing the swingarm's structure, overall stability is enhanced. The position of each component is the same as the Z1 stock, allowing bolt-on installation of wheels and brake components. We reviewed the rigidity and used a 42.7mm steel main pipe and 16mm steel stabilizer, achieving sufficient stability improvement even for vehicles with modern radial tires and reinforced frames. The line-bored pivot section incorporates four high-performance needle bearings for smooth operation. For ease of maintenance, the pivot section is equipped with a grease nipple. For the surface finish, we adopted an acrylic baked coating that resists peeling in the chain slider area. The inner width of the suspension mount is 25mm, and by using the included offset collars, it can accommodate both STD width and +5mm offset mounts. The main pipe is bent with a special jig, and the inner width of the tire circumference is adjusted to 170mm. It can accommodate STD tire sizes as well as up to 160 tires. For vehicles with rear disc wheels such as Z1000MK2/Z750FX-1, installation is possible by changing to a lower caliper mount (torque rod frame). *Although the chain case mounting bracket is set at the same position as the stock, there is no bracket to prevent flapping, so we recommend using the chrome chain case (Part No. 73-265). *Due to individual vehicle differences, the frame's muffler bracket and stabilizer may interfere.
