・Developed for 520 conversions to achieve more direct and agile performance.
・When combined with RK 520X-XW chains, it recorded excellent durability of 20 hours in the most rigorous test (Suzuka 8 Hours mode).
・In durability tests under full-throttle 1200cc air-cooled/oil-cooled mode, the H.C.S sprocket only showed surface wear when the chain began to show signs of damage.
・Optimally addresses the issue of "excessive wear of aluminum alloy sprockets," which was the biggest problem with 520 conversions.
・The teeth are subjected to high-frequency induction hardening and adjusted to the same hardness as RK chain rollers. Performance is enhanced when combined with RK chains.
