・Developed for 520 conversions, aiming for more direct and agile performance.
・When combined with RK 520X-XW chains, it recorded excellent durability of 20 hours in the most rigorous test (Suzuka 8 Hours mode).
・In durability tests under full throttle air-cooled/oil-cooled 1200cc mode, the H.C.S. sprocket only showed surface wear at the stage when the chain began to show signs of wear.
・Ideal for addressing "excessive wear of aluminum alloy sprockets," which was the biggest problem with 520 conversions.
・The teeth are subjected to high-frequency induction hardening and adjusted to the same hardness as RK chain rollers. This combination with RK chains maximizes performance.
