・Developed for 520 conversion to achieve more direct and agile performance.
・When combined with RK 520X-XW chain, it recorded excellent durability of 20 hours in the most demanding tests (Suzuka 8-hour mode).
・In durability tests under full throttle operation on 1200cc air-cooled/oil-cooled engines, the H.C.S sprocket only showed surface wear when the chain started to show signs of damage.
・Optimal solution for "excessive wear of aluminum alloy sprockets," which was the biggest problem with 520 conversions.
・High-frequency induction hardening is applied to the teeth, adjusting their hardness to match that of RK chain rollers. Performance is maximized when combined with RK chains.
