・Developed for 520 conversions, aiming for more direct and agile performance.
・When combined with RK 520X-XW chains, it recorded excellent durability of 20 hours in the most rigorous tests (Suzuka 8 Hours mode).
・In durability tests under full throttle with air-cooled/oil-cooled 1200cc engines, the H.C.S sprocket only showed surface wear when the chain began to show signs of damage.
・Ideal for addressing "excessive wear of aluminum alloy sprockets," which was the biggest problem with 520 conversions.
・The teeth are subjected to induction hardening and adjusted to the same hardness as RK chain rollers. Performance is maximized when combined with RK chains.
