・Developed for 520 conversions, seeking more direct and agile performance.
・When combined with an RK 520X-XW chain, it achieved excellent durability, recording 20 hours in the most rigorous test (Suzuka 8 Hours mode).
・In durability tests under full-throttle 1200cc air-cooled/oil-cooled mode, the H.C.S. sprocket only showed minor surface wear even when the chain began to deteriorate.
・Ideal for addressing the "excessive wear of aluminum alloy sprockets," which was the biggest issue with 520 conversions.
・The teeth are subjected to high-frequency induction hardening, adjusting them to the same hardness as RK chain rollers. This ensures maximum performance when combined with an RK chain.
