・Developed for 520 conversions, aiming for a more direct and nimble performance.
・When combined with an RK 520X-XW chain, it achieved an excellent durability record of 20 hours in the most rigorous tests (Suzuka 8-hour endurance race mode).
・In durability tests under full throttle with air-cooled/oil-cooled 1200cc engines, the H.C.S sprocket only showed surface wear when the chain began to show signs of wear.
・Ideal for addressing the "excessive wear of aluminum alloy sprockets," which was the biggest problem with 520 conversions.
・The teeth undergo high-frequency induction hardening, adjusted to the same hardness as the rollers of RK chains. This combination with RK chains maximizes performance.
