■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). Since its inception in 1978, it has been an original muffler brand loved by a great many users to this day.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-into-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and is also one of the elements that produces a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, providing both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The lightweight and compact φ67×300 sized body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. Furthermore, it is characterized by its ability to enhance the overall silhouette of the vehicle when installed.
Equipped with a uniquely developed silencer, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, a genuine Kawasaki free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine Kawasaki free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
