■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafting in approximately 300 steps and TQC (Total Quality Control), and has been a popular original muffler brand among many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4in2in1 manifold system adopted offers higher exhaust synergy than the 4in1 manifold system in 4-cylinder engines, and greatly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment to provide excellent aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The silencers installed on RPM's original mufflers, including this product, are all independently developed from concept to prototype.
The φ77×300 size silencer, despite its lightweight and stylish body, produces a high-quality sound and exhibits excellent quiet performance.
The outer cover material is available in the following two types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
*Sound and back pressure adjustments are not possible in the new shipping state.
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
*Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
