■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafted processes (approximately 300 steps) and TQC (Total Quality Control), and it is an original muffler brand that has been loved by many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4in2in1 exhaust manifold adopted provides a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4in1 manifold in 4-cylinder engines, and also contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, providing high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The silencers installed in RPM's original mufflers, including this product, are all developed in-house from concept to prototype.
The φ77×300 size silencer, despite its lightweight and stylish body, produces a high-quality sound and exhibits excellent quietness.
The outer cover material is available in the following two types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
*Sound adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible at the time of new product shipment.
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector section)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the collector section including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
