■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control) and has been a popular original muffler brand loved by many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4-in-1 system for 4-cylinder engines, and also contributes greatly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, providing high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. These must be prepared separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
