Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then undergoes at least two layers of plating, including decorative chrome, to provide high weather resistance.
To ensure high ease of installation, the exhaust pipe ends that contact the engine exhaust port are welded to machined parts produced by a lathe.
Installation is easy with the included free flange (exhaust holder).
■Silencer
Equipped with two φ67×300 independently developed straight-through silencers.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity, not only excelling in vibration resistance under harsh usage conditions but also contributing to the beautiful overall silhouette when installed on the vehicle.
It produces a deep, low-frequency sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
■Component Structure
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of six parts in total: four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector) and two tail ASSY units (from the collector including the silencers).
■Mounting Condition
It is secured to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
For mounting at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
■Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted from the factory new state.
