■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from a meticulous handcrafted process involving approximately 300 steps and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand that has been loved by a great number of users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold adopted suppresses exhaust interference characteristic of 4-cylinder engines, and in synergy with the precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
In addition, its unique tube length and optimized manifold play an important role in creating a sensuous and refined exhaust note.
For the material, STKM11A (carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes), which excels in tensile strength and fatigue resistance, was selected.
Each component, having undergone a precise polishing process by skilled craftsmen, is subjected to multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both outstanding aesthetics and long-lasting weather resistance.
●Silencer
The large-capacity φ93×390 silencer achieves a high-level balance between two seemingly contradictory performances: high exhaust efficiency and excellent quietness.
Notably, its uniquely developed internal structure creates an innovative exhaust note that pleasantly stimulates the auditory sense across all ranges, from low to high RPMs.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (including the manifold and silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When mounting at the engine exhaust port, a genuine Kawasaki free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine Kawasaki free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
