■Product Description
The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafted work involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). Since its inception in 1978, it has been a popular original muffler brand among many users.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines, and in synergy with the precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
Furthermore, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold section play a crucial role in creating a rich and refined exhaust note.
The material selected is STKM11A (carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes), which offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Each component undergoes precise polishing by skilled craftsmen and then receives a multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both exceptional aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ93×390 large-capacity silencer achieves a high level of both high exhaust efficiency and excellent quietness, two seemingly contradictory performance aspects.
Notably, its uniquely developed internal structure creates an innovative exhaust note that is audibly pleasing across the entire range, from low to high RPMs.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine Kawasaki free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine Kawasaki free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
