The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), and has been a popular original muffler brand among many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system adopted suppresses exhaust interference characteristic of 4-cylinder engines, and in synergy with the precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all rotational speeds.
In addition, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold play a crucial role in creating a sensuous and refined exhaust note.
The material selected is STKM11A (carbon steel tube for machine structural purposes), which offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Each component undergoes precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, followed by multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both exceptional aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
The large-capacity φ93×390 silencer achieves a high-level balance between two conflicting performances: high exhaust efficiency and excellent quietness.
Particularly noteworthy is its uniquely developed internal structure, which creates an innovative exhaust note that pleasingly stimulates the auditory senses across the entire range from low to high rotational speeds.

The outer cover material comes in the following three types:

●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the genuine Kawasaki free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets and genuine Kawasaki free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
