The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-crafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand that has been popular with many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-2-1 manifold exhaust system adopted in this product suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines and demonstrates a more advanced exhaust pulsation effect compared to the 4-1 manifold system, maximizing the engine's potential and creating a refined exhaust note.
The material selected is carbon steel tubing for machine structural purposes (STKM11A).
After precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, advanced surface treatment technology is applied to create plating, achieving both outstanding aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Emission Control Device
A catalytic converter, an advanced emission control device, is built into the exhaust pipe.
It has passed strict emission tests conducted by the Japan Vehicle Inspection Association (VIA) (clearing regulatory values) and is JMCA certified.
This advanced design complies with the strict "1999 Motorcycle Emission Regulations."
The product includes an emission test report.

●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:

●Component Parts
It is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of six parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold part)," "manifold part," and "tail ASSY."
●Installation State
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing the engine exhaust port, use a Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. You will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
