The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-making processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), and has been a beloved original muffler brand by many users since its inception in 1978.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-2-1 exhaust system adopted in this product suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines and exhibits a more advanced exhaust pulsation effect compared to the 4-1 manifold system, maximizing engine potential and creating a refined exhaust sound.
The material selected is carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes (STKM11A).
After precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, plating is applied using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both exceptional aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Emission Control Device
A high-performance emission control device, a catalytic converter, is built into the exhaust pipe.
It has passed strict emission tests (cleared regulations) conducted by the Japan Vehicle Inspection Association (VIA) and is JMCA certified.
This advanced design complies with the strict "FY2000 Motorcycle Emission Regulations."
An emission test report is included with the product.
●Silencer

●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish

●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of six parts: four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector), the collector part, and the tail ASSY.
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. You will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
