The RPM-4in2in1 is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). Since its inception in 1978, it has been a popular original muffler brand cherished by many users.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-2-1 exhaust manifold system adopted in this product suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines and exhibits a more advanced exhaust pulsation effect compared to 4-1 manifold systems. This maximizes the engine's potential and creates a refined exhaust sound.
The material chosen is carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes (STKM11A).
After precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, advanced surface treatment technology is applied for plating, achieving both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Exhaust Gas Purification Device
A sophisticated exhaust gas purification device, a catalyst, is built into the exhaust pipe.
It has passed strict exhaust gas tests conducted by the Vehicle Inspection Association of Japan (VIA) (clearing regulatory values) and has obtained JMCA certification.
This advanced design complies with the strict "1999 Motorcycle Exhaust Gas Regulations."
An exhaust gas test report is included with the product.

●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish

●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of six parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)", "the manifold", and "the tail ASSY."
●Installation
It is secured to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
*Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. They must be prepared separately.
*The "split collar" used with the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
