Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each component is meticulously polished by craftsmen, then treated with two or more layers of plating, including decorative chromium, to provide high weather resistance.
To achieve high installability, the ends of the exhaust pipes that connect to the engine's exhaust ports are welded with parts machined on a lathe.
It can be easily installed with the included free flange (exhaust holder).
■Silencer
Equipped with two φ67×300 independently developed straight-structure silencers.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity, making it excellent in vibration resistance under harsh conditions. When installed on the vehicle, it also enhances the overall silhouette, which is a distinctive feature.
It produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The following three types of materials are available for the outer cover:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
■Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of six parts: four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector) and two tail ASSYs (from the collector including the silencer).
■Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing on the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
■Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted from the new factory state.
