Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, and then subjected to two or more layers of plating, including decorative chrome, to provide high weather resistance.
To ensure high fitment, the ends of the exhaust pipes that contact the engine exhaust port are welded to machined parts.
It can be easily installed with the included free flange (exhaust holder).
■Silencer
Equipped with two φ67×300 independently developed straight-structure silencers.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity, is excellent in resistance to vibrations caused by harsh operating conditions, and also features a beautiful overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
It produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
■Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of six parts: four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector) and two tail ASSYs (from the collector, including the silencer).
■Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
■About Silencer Structure Requirements
Volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted in the new product shipment state.
