Detailed description
■Exhaust pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system adopted offers higher exhaust synergy than the 4-in-1 system for 4-cylinder engines, and is also one of the elements that produces a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen and then given a two-layer or more chrome plating, including decorative chrome, to provide high weather resistance.
■Silencer
Equipped with a large-capacity straight-through silencer measuring φ93 x 390.
Achieves high exhaust efficiency, enabling a smooth and exhilarating ride.
Two types of back pressure adjustment inners, which can be attached and detached by bolt-on at the exhaust port, are included, allowing for easy adjustment of back pressure to your preference.
【Inner Silencer A】
A punching pipe with sound-absorbing glass wool wrapped around the tailpiece is welded. (Back pressure: High)
【Inner Silencer B】
Tailpiece only. (Back pressure: Low)
Excluding the inner silencer, the constituent material is shaped entirely from aluminum alloy, resulting in a lightweight silencer despite its large capacity.
The outer cover uses lightweight and highly rigid aluminum material with blue anodization.
The silencer body is independent of the tailpipe (bolt-on to the tailpipe), making it excellent for after-maintenance, such as temporary removal for repair or replacement.
■Parts composition
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of six parts: 4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector), 1 tail ASSY, and the silencer.
