Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system adopted offers higher exhaust synergy for 4-cylinder engines compared to a 4-in-1 manifold system, and is also a key factor in producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to a two-layer or more plating process, including decorative chrome, to provide high weather resistance.
■Silencer
Equipped with a large-capacity straight-through silencer measuring φ93×390.
This achieves high exhaust efficiency, enabling an exhilarating ride with extended power.
Two types of back pressure adjustable inner silencers are included, which can be easily attached and detached at the exhaust port, allowing you to easily adjust the back pressure to your preference.
【Inner Silencer A】
A punched pipe wrapped with sound-absorbing glass wool is welded to the tailpiece. (Back pressure: High)
【Inner Silencer B】
Tailpiece only. (Back pressure: Low)
Excluding the inner silencer, the main components are formed entirely from aluminum alloy, resulting in a lightweight silencer despite its large capacity.
The outer cover is made of aluminum material, which is lightweight, highly rigid, and has a blue anodized finish.
The silencer body is independent of the tailpipe (bolts onto the tailpipe), making it excellent for after-maintenance, such as temporary removal for repairs or replacement.
■Parts Composition
This is a full exhaust system consisting of six parts in total: four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold), one tail ASSY, and the silencer.
