■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafting spanning approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a F-TYPE replica model, retaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy than the 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and significantly contributes to generating a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). After each component is meticulously polished by skilled craftsmen, a high-quality plating treatment is applied, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector to and including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use a genuine Kawasaki free flange (exhaust holder).
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine Kawasaki free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so they must be prepared separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
