■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergistic effects than a 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and greatly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide both aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of five parts in total: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
※Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. You will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required for this product.
