■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-crafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is key to its sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to the production of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel tubing for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by artisans before undergoing high-quality plating, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are used.
※Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. They must be purchased separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
