■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, maintaining the external appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-into-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before undergoing a high-quality plating process, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer, which produces a unique, exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector section)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector section including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use a Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder).
*Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. You will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
