■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous manual processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is meticulously polished by craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating, providing both aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, has a complete double-layer internal structure. This allows for maximum sound reduction with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included and must be prepared separately.
※The "split collar" used with the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use or repair purposes. However, many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM has welded the inner silencer in place.
※Sound volume adjustment and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new factory-shipped condition.
