■ Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous hand-craftsmanship involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■ Detailed Description
● Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect for 4-cylinder engines than a 4-in-1 manifold system, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment, providing both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
● Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by incorporating a complete double internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
● Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
● Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold section, including the silencer)."
● Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, a genuine Kawasaki free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine Kawasaki free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
● Regarding Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for race use or repair purposes. However, many users would ride on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM now welds and fixes the inner silencer.
*Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted in the new factory default state.
