■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous hand-crafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and making no major changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy than a 4in1 manifold system in a 4-cylinder engine, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before undergoing a high-quality plating process, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)".
●Installation State
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port section and the tail stay section.
When installing at the engine exhaust port section, a genuine Kawasaki free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets and genuine Kawasaki free flanges (exhaust holders) are not included. You will need to prepare them separately.
*The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the attachment and detachment of the inner silencer built into the silencer for racing use and repair. However, many users on public roads ran with the inner silencer removed, which went against the original intent. Therefore, RPM weld-fixes the inner silencer.
*Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted in the new factory-shipped state.
