■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand released in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no major changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4in1 manifold system in 4-cylinder engines, and also significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder).
※Exhaust gaskets and Kawasaki genuine free flange (exhaust holder) are not included. You will need to prepare them separately.
※The "split collar" used when installing the genuine muffler is not required when installing this product.
●About Silencer Structure Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal and attachment of the internal silencer for race use and repair purposes. However, many users removed the internal silencer and rode on public roads, which went against the original intention. Therefore, RPM welds the internal silencer in place.
