■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, with no significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than a 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to the production of a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is meticulously polished by artisans and then undergoes high-quality plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 silencer achieves maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact muffler not only has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions, but also beautifully enhances the overall silhouette when installed on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer used in the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep, rich sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of 5 parts: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "1 tail pipe ASSY (from the collector to and including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder).
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to purchase them separately.
