■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous hand-crafting involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely retaining the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4in2in1 manifold adopted provides greater exhaust synergistic effect than a 4in1 manifold in a 4-cylinder engine, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structural carbon steel tubing). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to achieve excellent aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 silencer achieves maximum sound reduction with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact muffler possesses high rigidity, demonstrating excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. Another feature is that it enhances the overall silhouette when installed on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
