■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior and the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, largely unchanged from the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 exhaust system offers a higher exhaust synergy effect in a 4-cylinder engine than a 4in1 system, and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to achieve excellent aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish silencer, measuring φ67×300, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, this lightweight and compact silencer possesses high rigidity, demonstrating excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. Another feature is that it enhances the overall silhouette of the vehicle when installed.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer used in the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of 5 parts in total: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector section)" and "1 tailpipe ASSY (from the collector section including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the genuine free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
Additionally, exhaust gaskets will need to be prepared separately.
