■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous manual processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior and the internal structure of the silencer—which is crucial for sound quality—largely unchanged from the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system for a 4-cylinder engine and significantly contributes to producing high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is meticulously polished by skilled artisans before undergoing high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 size silencer achieves maximum sound reduction with minimal exhaust resistance by employing a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact muffler possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. Another feature is how it enhances the overall silhouette of the vehicle when installed.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep, rich sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:

●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of 5 parts in total: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "1 tailpipe ASSY (from the collector including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the genuine free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
Additionally, exhaust gaskets must be prepared separately.
