■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect in 4-cylinder engines compared to a 4-into-1 system, and greatly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen before undergoing high-quality plating, which provides both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish silencer, measuring φ67 x 300, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely dual internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact muffler not only boasts high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions, but also enhances the overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a low-pitched sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of 5 parts: "4 front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold)" and "1 tail pipe ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the genuine free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
Additionally, an exhaust gasket must be purchased separately.
