■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control), released in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE. It retains the external appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989, and makes no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-2-1 manifold exhaust system adopted in this product suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines and exhibits more advanced exhaust pulsation effects compared to 4-1 manifold systems. This maximizes the engine's potential and creates sophisticated exhaust tones.
Carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes (STKM11A) are selected as the material.
After precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, the pipes are plated with advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations from harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold to and including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
