■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafted processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and without significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-2-1 manifold exhaust system adopted in this product suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines and, compared to the 4-1 manifold system, exhibits a more advanced exhaust pulsation effect. This maximizes the engine's potential and creates a refined exhaust sound.
The material selected is carbon steel pipes for mechanical structures (STKM11A).
After precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, plating is applied using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Parts Composition
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of 5 parts: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "1 tail ASSY (from the manifold to the silencer)".
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so please prepare them separately.
