■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous hand-craftsmanship through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect than the 4in1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, significantly contributing to the production of a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 silencer features a completely double-layered internal structure. This achieves maximum sound suppression with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, this lightweight and compact muffler possesses high rigidity, offering excellent vibration resistance under harsh operating conditions. Another feature is its ability to enhance the overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the collector, including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the genuine free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
Additionally, an exhaust gasket must be prepared separately.
