■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the external appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and making no significant changes to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold adopted provides a greater exhaust synergy effect than the 4-in-1 manifold in 4-cylinder engines and greatly contributes to the production of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe), and each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before undergoing a high-quality plating process to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product is used.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
