■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely retaining the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergy than a 4-into-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations caused by harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
